[01]Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Corank (the "Service"), operated by Corank Inc. ("Corank"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Service.
[02]Description of Service
Corank provides AI search optimization services including answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), AI SEO, LLM optimization, and content optimization. Our AI agent analyzes, strategizes, and executes to improve your brand's visibility across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
[03]Client Engagements
Paid engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work ("SOW") executed between Corank and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW takes precedence for the scope of that engagement. Monthly billing applies unless otherwise specified. There are no setup fees. Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days written notice.
[04]Free AI Visibility Audit
The free AI Visibility Audit is a standalone deliverable provided at no cost and with no obligation. Audit results are delivered within 48 hours of submission. Corank reserves the right to limit the number of free audits per organization. Audit data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
[05]Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, reports, dashboards, and deliverables created by Corank for a client during a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment. Corank retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data and methodologies for internal improvement and research. The Corank name, logo, The Corank Method™, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Corank Inc. and may not be used without written permission.
[06]User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when using the Service or submitting audit requests; (b) not misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; (d) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
[07]Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This includes audit results, strategies, performance data, and business information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any engagement for a period of two (2) years.
[08]Disclaimers
AI search optimization involves variables outside Corank's control, including AI engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions. Corank does not guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, or traffic outcomes. Results described in case studies and marketing materials reflect past performance and are not guarantees of future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
[09]Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corank's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Corank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
[10]Termination
Either party may terminate a paid engagement with 30 days written notice. Corank may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if a user violates these Terms. Upon termination, all deliverables completed to date will be provided to the client.
[11]Modifications
Corank reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
[12]Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corank operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
